3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- You have 3 calendar days from placing an order to request cancellation.
- Once we start working on your project (e.g. placing links, writing content, optimizing), refunds are no longer possible.
- After 3 days, all sales are final.
- SEO results are not guaranteed immediately; dissatisfaction with gradual ranking changes is not grounds for a refund.
- This policy is in place because digital marketing involves irreversible costs (link placements, tool usage, labor).
4. Delivery of Services
- Estimated timelines will be given before work begins. Simpler tasks may take days; complex campaigns weeks.
- Delays caused by you (e.g. not providing website access, content, approvals) do not count against us.
- Deliverables (links, content, reports, etc.) will be shared via email, dashboard, or uploaded directly to your website (if authorized).
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information: website URLs, access credentials, content, business data.
- Ensure you have rights to content you share with us (images, text, trademarks).
- Do not engage us for illegal, harmful, or unethical activities.
- Cooperate timely during the campaign (feedback, approvals, access).
6. Limitations of Liability
- SEO outcomes depend on many external variables (competition, algorithm changes, technical constraints). We use best practices but cannot guarantee specific rankings or results.
- We are not liable for business loss, lost revenue, or penalties due to algorithm updates or external factors.
- Our maximum liability to you is limited to the total amount you paid for the service.
